About the Company: Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Technical Administrator, based in Nottingham City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating records
• Completing invoices for customers
• Producing quotes for customers
• Arranging service visits and leasing with the engineering department.
• Answering general queries via telephone and email
• General Admin duties e.g Faxing/Filling

About you:

• Customer service experience
• At least 1 year Administration experience.
• You will be computer literate; Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Good communication skills are essential for the successful completion of the role.
• Good organisational skill and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Work on own initiative.

• What's in it for you? This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. 8:30am - 5:30pm Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
