Our Client, EVI is a first-class provider of integrated Security, Fire, TV & Data Solutions. They have experienced significant growth over the past 18 months and are now looking for an Office Manager / PA to join their fun and dynamic team. This is an ideal role for an experienced Office Manager looking to develop their career in a vibrant and growing business, committed to giving its customers a 5-star experience.



As the successful candidate:



You will report to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in the business. As well as office management skills experience in H&S and HR policies is required.

You will have excellent organisational and project management skills, your drive, energy and can-do attitude will be highly valued and used daily in the role.



The role



1. Fleet management of 12 commercial and private vehicles - MOT`s, Road Tax, Servicing, Insurance.
2. Utilities Services Management - Gas, Electricity, Air Con, Water, Photocopiers & IT provision, all office equipment, phones - office and mobile, cleaning company, fire alarms & emergency lighting, waste & recycling. PAT testing & electrical testing, post.
3. H&S - accreditations (6-8), including audits, H&S policy and updating on an ad hoc basis, managing safety system - business safe. Operational compliance, records of audits and internal audits, including follow up on any actions required. External audits, bi-annual.
4. HR - inductions, organise training, policies and procedures, collation of appraisals (bi-annually), holidays & absences, time & attendance, references, employee set-up and checklist, PNC checking, create & maintain the overall company wide policies and procedures - the EVI "Bible". ID badges, diary management of 2 meeting rooms.
5. PA role - liaison and management of external marketing agency, diary & expenses management, healthcare management, record meeting actions and ensure follow up on deadlines, organising travel and booking events.

Terms



Salary - £30k per annum

Hours - 40 hours per week

Holiday - 28 days (inc bank holidays)
