About the Company: We are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator on a Temporary basis for our client based on the outskirts of Mansfield.

Job overview: The purpose of this role is to provide efficient Administrative support whilst delivering high levels of customer service.

Daily tasks will include:

• Dealing with customers, guests and visitors
• Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
• Keeping an efficient data filing and information system
• Writing letters
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing orders and invoices
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors and ordering office supplies
• Organising and booking meeting rooms
• Minute taking
• Keeping public areas clean and tidy
• Supporting and assisting in delivery of Company events
• Maintaining and updating applications and responding to website messages
• Updating and maintaining company website
• General Administration

About you: You will be organised and have exceptional Administration Skills with the ability to design and format documents. You must have previous experience of working within a busy office, on a reception desk and within a customer service environment. You must be able to confidently use relevant computer software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite.

What's in it for you? This role is being offered on a part time temporary 6 week basis working 3 days per week. Hourly rate: £8.00. There is free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
