Location: Leicester, Leicestershire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 34.5 hours per week

A bit more about the role ?

You will work in a team resource to provide typing support to designated consultants, to ensure they operate at optimum efficiency in their role.

You are right for the role because you ?

• Can prioritise typing, copy typing and filing daily, using own initiative
• Are able to touch-type 55 WPM
• Type outstanding dictation in order of priority/date sequence, following in-house style within a 48-hour turnaround time
• Proof-read and correct grammar, punctuation and formatting of correspondence, without changing the content
• Adhere to the dictation process including company filing standards, and provide electronic copy for review
• Make changes within a short turnaround time
• Ensure client contact details are accurately maintained using bespoke systems
• Create enquiry profile using data capture forms provided, and produce file label for enquiry folder
• Print allocated documents to required minimums daily
