OVERVIEW

Servest are recruiting for an experience Compliance Coordinator to support a portfolio of cleaning accounts over various key sites in Central London, you will be overseeing a mixture of cleaning sites. You will work with the Account Manager making sure the accounts are meeting their remits in terms of compliance and Health and Safety / due diligence.

This is a fixed term six month contract until August with the potential to be extended. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with core hours between 8am and 4pm, however, flexibility will be needed to work early morning and evening shifts as required.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• As a Compliance Co-ordinator you will report into the Account Manager assisting in maintaining Health and Safety compliance, carry out training and maintaining training files at key sites.
• You will work with the Account Manager to ensure all cleaning standards are met and maintained, monthly reports are completed and helping with staff recruitment.
• You will be travelling around the sites and be partly accountable for your portfolio.
• Due to the volume of sites and direct reports you will need to have excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to converse at all levels.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Previous Cleaning experience is essential.
• You will have previous administrative and supervisory experience.
• You will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• You will have a commercial outlook, be used to providing exceptional service and be ready to adapt to customer`s changing requirements.
• You will be used to carrying out performance and quality audits, producing regular reports and be up to date with current H & S legislation.
• As a Compliance Coordinator you will need exceptional people management skills to be able to lead, motivate and train your colleagues.
• You will lead from the front, be hands on and not afraid to get stuck in when needed with the cleaning and training.
