Salary: £16,500 per annum, increasing to £17,300 after successful six months` probation

We are looking for the successful candidate to be responsible for scheduling the cleaning hours across our more challenging contracts, completing CV reviews and initial telephone interviews, as well as screening of staff to create a database of employees that can be deployed to sites when core staff are not able to make their shift.

Primary duties and responsibilities of the role include:

• Quick response to deploy staff to sites where cleaning hours have been missed at problematic sites
• Being a central point of contact for the Cleaning team to raise concerns of hours needing cover
• Working closely with the helpdesk to identify areas at risk of complaints due to insufficient cleaning hours
• Creating job adverts and maintaining them in line with the requirements of the role
• Supporting in an overflow capacity for the helpdesk 1 weekend in 6 to get to grips with the contracts and query types
• Identifying patterns in absences
• Reporting on deployed hours against what would otherwise have been missed hours
• Build strong relationships with agencies
• Raising of purchase orders on our finance system
• Create and continuously improve the processes that support this role
• Liaise with our Payroll department to ensure the additional hours are captured and our staff paid accordingly

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience and behaviours:

• Previous experience within an administration role
• Excellent IT skills - Your comprehensive IT skills and your nature as a fast learner will enable you to get to grips with complex IT systems and programmes quickly and efficiently
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced reactive environment

This position is working Monday - Friday with one weekend in eight, varies shifts available -

Monday - Friday: 07:00am - 16:00pm, 09:00am - 18:00am or 10:00am - 19:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday: 07:00am - 16:00pm
