About the Company: Our client is a well-established company in Nuneaton who are looking for a Membership Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in the arranging and confirmation of new and existing memberships of customers
• To maintain the database and assist with updating records
• To answer telephone enquiries and update all administration to agreed timescales
• To demonstrate high levels of Customer Service
• To have a high regards for confidentiality
• To input financial data on to the system to set up customer accounts

About you:

• You will be have several years` experience working as an administrator of a fast paced office environment and eager to learn.
• Experience communicating with customer via the telephone or face-to-face.
• Have good communication skills - written and verbal
• Must be able to work with high level of accuracy and precision
• Demonstrate good organisational skills
• Ability to show great attention to detail - essential in this role
• Fully conversant with Word and Excel
• You will be able to work to strict deadlines

What's in it for you? This is a full time Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday -Friday 8.45am-4.45pm with half an hour for lunch. Flexibility will be required to cover staff holidays. Salary will be £9.05 per hour. Our client offers excellent benefit package that can be discussed at interview stage.
