Salary: £16,500 per annum

Servest`s Customer Experience team is seeking a passionate individual to support and deliver solutions which work for our customers. We are looking for a enthusiastic and confident communicator to join the team, delivering an outstanding customer experience for our clients. Our aim is to ensure that when dealing with a cleaning issue, our customers feel that resolving their issue was in fact, no issue at all!

If you enjoy speaking to people on the phone (the majority of your time will be spent talking to our customers, after all!) and have a natural ability to multi-task and problem-solve quickly and efficiently, then have a look below at what an average day in the life of one of our Customer Service Advisors might involve.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:

• Acting as a first point of contact, taking inbound calls from our customers, logging customer related issues, and seeking to bring to a resolution
• Speaking with our operations team to coordinate prompt and effective resolution of cleaning issues
• Updating trackers and reporting on job status and progress
• Contacting our customers and the operations team for follow ups and to maintain momentum of the job and to develop excellent customer relationships
• Taking ownership of e-mail inboxes, communicating with our customers and operations team via e-mail
• Developing your knowledge of systems, processes and customer requirements, feeding back ideas on improvements and refinements and sharing your knowledge within your team
• Dealing with complaints, whilst managing client expectations and escalating to the appropriate point of contact

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

• A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service in a customer-facing role
• If you have an NVQ or equivalent in Customer Service, this would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A genuine desire to provide first class customer service every time
• An empathetic and understanding approach, with an ability to influence, instil confidence and where necessary, de-escalate complaints
• A true team player, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and will contribute fully to the success of your team
• The ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise your workload effectively to meet the demands of the business and delight our customers
• An inquisitive, creative and problem-solving personality, you will work with initiative and will take ownership of tasks, driving them through to completion
• Flexible and adaptable, you will be ever ready to react and respond in an effort to improve the service you offer; you will embrace change and new technologies and the opportunities they offer

You`ll be a true team player, willing to go the extra mile where needed to get the job done. You`ll have an outstanding attitude, and you`re genuinely passionate about what you do. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 20:00pm, working 1 weekend in 4, however your flexibility will be essential to allow us to meet the needs of clients and our business.
