Office Administrator - Estate Strategy Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our fantastic team based in Sudbury. As estates and facilities specialist consultants, we like making things better. We work with organisations to review how well their assets are supporting their corporate objectives and make informed recommendations on how they can utilise their property portfolios more effectively

The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for overall general office duties within our Sudbury Office, providing personal assistance and administration support to the Managing Director and Operations Director. You will also assist in the administration of new employee recruitment and have responsibility for inputting project and financial data to the project plan and various spreadsheets and databases. There may be occasions you will be required to travel to our London office to support there also.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Support the Directors by managing their diaries in terms of scheduling appointments, or amending appointments ensuring that sufficient time is allocated for travel, preparing any briefing documents or booking train tickets or accommodation for meetings in advance and helping plan for the week ahead.
• Ensure all messages are relayed by telephone or email ensuring that any enquiries or tasks are tracked and responded to in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for ensuring the Sudbury Office runs efficiently and that any office equipment e.g. telephones, computers, printers are maintained, cartridges replenished, paper in stock and other stationary readily available.
• Create basic letters and emails on behalf the Managing Director or Operations Director and take basic notes and actions at any ESG meetings and prepare a basic record of the meeting
• Manage, track and respond to any mail received in the post ensuring that letters are forwarded to the appropriate person
• Provide support to other staff at any marketing or promotion events in line with main role
• Assist in the administration of any recruitment process for new employees and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data for new and existing employees.

Skills and attributes required:

• At least 2 years' experience undertaking office administration duties as outlined in the above responsibilities
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 software or similar, including Word, Excel, Email, and project or financial data entry to databases or project plans
• Fantastic organisation and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Ability to multi task with understanding if good office management
• Hold a valid DBS check or be happy to complete one

On offer is a salary of £20000-£25000 per annum depending on experience. You will also be entitled to 25 days holiday per year as well as Bank Holidays.
