About the Company: We are actively recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for our client based in Derbyshire.

Job overview: To provide excellent customer service and reception support to an extremely busy company on an ongoing temporary basis.

Daily tasks will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Booking in appointments to set timescales
• Answering the phone and taking messages
• Sorting diaries
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Ideal Candidates:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bubbly personality
• Ability to work to a fast pace and within a team
• Reliable and adaptable
• Previous Reception experience is essential
• Must be available for an immediate start

What's in it for you? This role is being offered on a full time temporary basis which could be made permanent for the right candidate - working hours are between Monday-Saturday and include late finishes so please only apply if you can work flexible hours.
