Full Time Administration Clerk

About the Company: Our client is a well-established company in Coventry who are looking for an Administration Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check sales information and update store weekly daybooks
• Check promotions and identify items that have been withdrawn
• Input all price changes on to the agreed timescales
• Produce and update price lists where required
• Ensure all invoice discrepancies are checked and followed p
• Deal with all incoming and outgoing mail in the appropriate manner
• To undertake any other administration duties as required

About you:

• Industry experience within Food or Retail is desired
• Excellent skills with MS packages including Excel
• Excellent communication skills - face to face and over the phone
• Good use of initiative
• Able to work well as part of a team and manage team members
• Clear, confident telephone manner
• Good computer skills

What's in it for you? This is a full time Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8.45am - 4.45pm Monday -Friday with half an hour for lunch. Flexibility will be required to cover staff holidays. Hourly rate will be £7.83 per hour. Our client offers excellent benefit package that can be discussed at interview stage.
