We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Transport Administrator to cover holidays for our client based in Derbyshire.

Dates of work: Wednesday 6th June - Friday 22nd June

This will include 3 days training. The roll requires good computer skills, organisation and communication

• Data entering / extraction
• Checking off subcontractor invoices
• Scanning / emailing delivery paperwork to customers
• Dealing with customer queries / discrepancies
• Liaising with operations office and drivers / subcontractors
• Working alongside of Admin manager.

Candidates with a previous transport company background would be ideal but not essential. You must be a strong administrator, quick learner and reliable.

Pay rate - negotiable depending on experience.
