Sales Administrator - We are currently supporting a successful company in Clacton on Sea with their recruitment for a Sales Administrator. They are a leading global supplier of composite products for flooring, structures and faades, ideal for industrial, rail, marine, landscaping and architectural applications, many of which are hugely eco-friendly. Incorporated in 1996, it has since supplied a wide range of blue chip organisations with products from the standard range and also with bespoke project solutions.

The key focus of the Sales Administrator will be preparing daily samples and associated letters, redirecting reception calls as appropriate to the correct sales person and assisting in producing quotes and sales orders. You will also assist the Company Sales Administrator in supporting all sales sectors with sales admin tasks to enable sales teams to spend more time with customers. Responsible for the daily general sales administration.

Other key duties include:

• Preparing daily samples and associated letters
• Reception duties, including redirecting all calls to appropriate teams
• First point of contact for Decking and Cladding calls,
• Assisting with sales enquires via the company website
• Administer and process lazy fence, eBay enquiries and orders
• Completion of new customer enquiry forms
• Scanning of sales orders packs on to a server with appropriate file name in a timely manner
• Taking payments for non-credit account customers for the sales teams.
• Support Company Sales Administrator to ensure that data held in the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date by ensuring that new people and businesses are added, and incorrect data is removed
• General admin duties to support Company Sales Administrator, and cover absences

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who have recently received a Queens Recognition Award, who are independently owned and managed, offering a competitive salary and attractive benefits, combined with a great working environment. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17.00.

On offer is a salary of £15000-£18000 per annum depending on experience. Also included are 20 days per annum plus bank holidays with the option to purchase additional days. You will also be entitled to some fantastic benefits such as:
