Atalian Servest`s Reception team is seeking an excellent Receptionist; to provide outstanding front of house service, you will help to deliver a smooth and efficient welcome process for visitors arriving at the office; deal with and redirect incoming calls to the switchboard. Often you will be the first face someone sees when engaging with Atalian Servest, so it is important that you conduct yourself in a personable and professional manner at all times.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual where customer service comes naturally, you are the front face of our business after all! Based at our site just on the outskirts of town, you will be surrounded by energetic and ambitious individuals from different areas of the business.

Main responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls - We currently received between 600 - 900 call per day, which are governed by SLA`s
• Post handling - opening and distributing incoming mail; collecting and franking outgoing mail
• Booking meeting rooms and hospitality events
• Ordering stationary and office supplies, as well as monitoring stock levels
• Proactively providing admin support to all business units, as required

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Outstanding telephone manner
• You will be passionate about customer service, and have proven experience of delivering in a customer-facing role (whether that be reception, front of house, or within a contact centre)
• A clear, confident communicator, with high standards of written and oral English
• Confident at engaging with stakeholders and customers at all levels, building rapport and forging long-standing working relationships across our business
• Able to effectively organise and effectively prioritise workload with high attention to detail
• IT Literate - Confident when using Word, Outlook, Excel and Skype. Experience of a Lync-based switchboard would be welcomed
• As you will be at the forefront of the business, immaculate personal presentation is key
• Can work on own initiative, and is confident with lone working, as well as working effectively within a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, and deliver within a fast paced environment.

The Reception team deliver support to our business and customers throughout the week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00-18:00. However your shift will be Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm, although flexibility is required to meet the requirements of our business.
