Sales Administrator (Quality Control)

About the client: Our client is a well-established company specialising in renewable energy and sustainable products. They are looking for a temporary sales administrator (quality control) to join their team ASAP on a temporary on-going basis. There is potential for this role to become permanent.

Candidates should ideally be available for an immediate start or have a short notice period.

Duties will include:

• Must have experience of working in a busy sales office and processing customer orders:
• Processing sales orders and booking couriers
• Work to daily deadlines, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Booking in stock and placing purchase orders
• Collating purchase orders, picking & delivery notes
• Inputting data to a high standard
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Update customer/ supplier information
• General Administration Duties
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Hours: 9:00am - 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate: £8.72 per hour.

About you:

* Previous experience in a busy sales office, processing customer orders is essential
* Used to working to daily deadlines
* Excellent Excel skills as well good IT skills
* Previous experience using SAGE 200
* Strong organisational skills
* The ability to learn quickly
