Customer Service/Accounts Administrator

About the Company: Our client is a well-established company in Coventry who are looking for a Full Time Customer Service/Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Balancing cash statements weekly
• Inputting receipts onto weekly journal
• Setting up spreadsheets
• Queries relating to small savings accounts
• Dealing with emails
• Sending out correspondence
• Issuing gift vouchers and balancing stock
• Inputting data on spreadsheets relating to employee gift vouchers
• Banking cheques
• Processing new members and issuing voucher packs
• Queries relating to accounts example change of name and address
• Closing accounts and ordering cheques
• Balancing reports relating to shares example period reports and reconciliations

About you:

• You will have previous experience within a similar role
• Experience communicating with customer via the telephone or face-to-face
• Have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Must be able to work with high level of accuracy and precision
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
• Ability to show great attention to detail
• Fully conversant with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be computer literate

What's in it for you? This is a Full Time Permanent position working Monday - Friday 08.45am-16.45pm with half an hour for lunch. Pay rate will be £7.83 per hour. Our client offers excellent benefit package that can be discussed at interview stage.
