About the Company: Our client is a well-established company based in the Derbyshire area, and they are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to work in a new office at Donington. The successful candidate will book appointments, input document info, serve at reception and answer telephones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries in person, telephone & via email
• Dealing with payment for sold products by cash and card
• Assisting with outstanding payments
• Data inputting onto auction system
• Booking in using an in-house system
• Counter receptionist work
• General office duties

About you:

• Experience of cashiering (desired)
• Experience of a busy office environment
• Attention to detail
• Great customer service
• Able to work within a team / using own initiative

What's in it for you?

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 40 hours per week. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, with the salary ranging from £16-18k DOE. Immediate start is available.
