About the Company: Our client is a well-established company based in Derby, and are looking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist on a Permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone
• Taking details of new claims
• Meeting and greeting clients - being first point of contact
• Speak to clients and take messages
• Complete relevant and required forms
• Book appointments for clients
• Set up appointments for appointments
• Speak to insurance companies
• Scanning/copying documents
• Filing duties
• Preparing daily post and distributing as required

About you:

• Experience of working as a receptionist in a previous role
• Experience of working in a busy office environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service
• Able to work within a team / using own initiative
• Well presented
• Polite
• Good telephone manner

What's in it for you?

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm, with half an hour for lunch. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, with an hourly rate of £7.83 per hour. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
