We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to work from our Edinburgh based office, and to be responsible for the timely invoicing and co-ordination of payment applications and queries for delegated contracts.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Proactively managing the supplier invoice process for a delegated number of suppliers
• Ensuring agreed timescales for the invoicing process are met
• Ensuring that the correct documentation and process procedures are complied with when processing invoices
• Working in conjunction with the operations and commercial teams to ensure that that cost control and VFM is delivered from the supply chain
• Producing and maintaining invoice packs for submission to clients
• Pricing and producing client application / invoices in line with billing timetable
• Working proactively to reduce current level and ageing of delegated contract`s WIP
• Processing timesheets for delegated engineers

• Filling and general office duties

• Any other duties as and when required that are commensurate to the role

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role advantageous
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to work using own initiative or as part of the wider FM team
• Computer literate, experience in Excel & Finance systems essential
• Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role may require Disclosure Scotland, Baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required.

Hours and Environment

The post will be based in the Edinburgh office. Working hours are from 08:00am to 17:00 Monday to Friday, however additional overtime may also be required to meet the needs of the business.
