This is an exciting opportunity to be in an integral role as a Bid Coordinator required specifically to assist with our company bids and sales materials, ensuring they are prepared, presented, delivered on time and to the highest possible standard. You will be located within our Client Solutions team who are not only successful and results focussed, but an exemplar of innovation and best practice across our amazing organisation.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Review new opportunities as they arrive and forward any relevant opportunities to the sales teams
• Take ownership of the PQQ/RFI process. This includes downloading, collating, preparing, completing and submitting associated documents before deadlines
• Thoroughly proof read material to ensure information is grammatically correct, well-researched, and without spelling mistakes
• Make certain that all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, customer requirements and follow internal quality guidelines
• Certify that company`s bid process is implemented and understood to ensure that quality, commercial, and legal requirements are always met
• Accept ownership of client portals - including daily alerts and maintenance of portal logins
• Provide general administrative support to client solutions and sales team as required

You will have:

-Graduate or equivalent - specifically you must have excellent written communication skills, specifically the use of grammar, punctuation, spelling & vocabulary, and presentation of text

-Understanding of Bid processes - we are particularly keen to hear from you if you have a background, or competent skills gained from exposure to bid processes

-Demonstrable administration skills - working in this fast-paced environment you will need to keep on top of your game to ensure that deadlines are smashed not just met

-A highly-organised individual - It goes without saying that you will possess exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail

Hours and environment

Our working week is 9am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday, however we support an agile and flexible working approach and seek to quantify achievement and output. As such, we have a degree of flexibility around working hours to fit both the needs of the business and our successful candidate. It goes without saying that flexibility on the individuals` part to meet the needs of our business will be required.
