We are a rapidly growing exhibition stand design and producer, providing many of the worlds leading companies with exhibition structures, all over the UK and the world. We are seeking a bright and capable Office Administrator to join our busy Farnborough office.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company. The Office Administrator will be part of a small friendly team providing general support and assistance to the Project Managers, Warehouse, Sales and Marketing teams in delivering our strategy plan along with a broad and varied range of other administrative and clerical tasks.
The perfect Office Administrator will have fantastic communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for visitors, answering and redirecting calls and responding to emails.
The ideal Administrator will have the ability to prioritise and manage their own work load, and you must be IT literate and experienced in Microsoft Office.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls, visitors, emails or letters
• Manage agendas, schedule appointments and take meeting minutes as required
• Assist with arrangements for Customer events, including organising catering
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room
• Track and maintains stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Organising travel arrangements for the team when necessary
• Any other duties as required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
GCSEs grades A* - C, including Maths and English
Previous office experience is preferred however full training will be provided.

• You will be a natural team player who can interact easily with colleagues, with strong communication skills and confident telephone manner and a friendly demeanour.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Customer-service focused
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Fun, outgoing personality that works well in a team and on their own
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical and thorough approach to work
• A desire to show initiative
