Contract Co-ordinator - Spider are currently advertising on behalf of one of the UK's leading specialists in heating repairs, maintenance and installations for a Contract Co-ordinator. The company installs and maintains heating systems throughout the East of England. The Contract Co-ordinator will be working within a fast-paced environment, with a key focus on assisting the day-to-day planning of works, liaising closely with all employees to ensure all works are allocated in a timely manner, meeting and surpassing client's requirements.

Based at their St. Albans office and reporting to the Contract Manager, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Collating information of works upon completion and ensuring up to date and accurate records are kept and produced.
• Communicating all necessary information of works, parts, absence etc to the relevant parties ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective service.
• Arranging appointments with Tenants by telephone, follow up with written confirmation and update Contract Management System and Client's Contract Management System with relevant information.
• Plan the day-to-day works of the Heating Engineers, Multi Skilled Trade Persons, Electricians, Plumbers and Apprentices.
• Process Time Sheets and update the Contract Management System with materials used against the relevant works orders.
• Ensure all health and safety requirements or legislations, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Fire Safety, are adhered to.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience within a similar role or customer focussed admin role essential
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and organisation skills
• Able to problem solve and negotiate
• Administration experience
• Excellent Communication and IT Skills


This Contract Co-ordinator position is a Full-Time position paying a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience).
