Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor, Dungannon, c£35k

We are working with a successful supplier into the manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors to recruit for their new Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis and paying c£35k + benefits.

Supporting the Warehouse Manager you will;

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff


• Coordinate warehouse team to ensure operations are running effectively and efficiently


• Manage inventory levels


• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, enabling a culture of continuous improvement


• Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs


• Assist with introduction of new KPI process

What we are looking for…

• Experience in similar role


• Strong people leadership experience


• Confident IT skills ideally to include WMS
